Use the power and flexibility of PORTFOLIO to actively manage your projects, instead of letting them manage you. In this session, you’ll learn how to use your Project Command Center to easily manage your projects and resources so as to complete your projects on time and within budget.
This session begins with a brief tour of the Project Command Center, showing you how to view vital information for all your projects and then work with a project’s detail and work breakdown structure. You’ll learn how to set up projects and access targeted, up-to-date reports.
You’ll also learn how to budget projects, and schedule and maintain resources. You’ll follow the process of assigning, updating, and reviewing tasks.
