The IS Dashboard is designed to give principals, project managers and other staff
access to critical project and financial information from their desktop. Reports
and inquiries, based on security, are "read only" to ensure data integrity. The
Dashboard provides you with the ability to:
- Improve your project communication by providing project managers, principals and
non-accounting staff access to real-time project information.
- Use security features to share information while protecting sensitive data like
payroll and billing rates
- Deliver reports and inquiries right to the desktop for timely review of critical
project and financial information
Project Reporting
Protrax Plus offers thousands of standard reports and drill-down inquiries for virtually
every project. You have unlimited reporting capabilities and the ability to customize
any report to fit your needs. Key reports include: missing timesheet, staff utilization,
and graphical views of time distribution by project or employee. Select from extensive
inquiries and reports to view details and allocate resources:
- Identify cost overruns in time to make necessary adjustments
- Evaluate overall project or phase performance by potential earnings or billings
- View summary revenue/billing information by project/phase
