reconcile. All transactions are automatically posted into the General Ledger and
available for review in real-time.
Ajera has the flexibility to produce financial statements for the entire firm, a
single division or department. The General Ledger application also provides multi-period
processing, both accrual and cash-basis accounting and a comprehensive audit trail.

Chart of Accounts
Ajera's flexible design allows two options for the General Ledger: the default A/E
Chart of Accounts which follow the guidelines for the AIA and ACEC recommendations,
or develop your own to meet your specific requirements. If you use the default accounts
you will be able to benchmark your performance against other firms in your industry
and area, allowing you to identify strengths and weaknesses.
