Protrax 7.3 Update

Protrax users get ready for a new and exciting update! Protrax 7.3 offers three new features along with current tax information to keep your records accurate and up to date.

It is important to install the Protrax 7.3 version as quickly as possible. The year-end update for government forms and taxes will be available soon as a download from Axium Online and it will only work with Protrax 7.3

The new Protrax 7.3 features you will receive include a new Principals Report, the ability to reaccept iTime entries and a new format for the help feature.

The Principals Report:
This new report, available directly from the Protrax dashboard, provides principals increased visibility into the status of their firm's financial position, cash flow, and projects. This report quickly displays the current status of your company's cash, receivables, payables, and WIP. The Principals Report also allows you to determine which general ledger accounts you want to include in each category.

Reaccept iTime in Payroll:
You can now reaccept time from iTime if you previously selected to accept time for the wrong dates or have corrections to the time. The process is simple; From Tasks > Accept iTime, after you have entered date ranges and any conditions you want to apply, you can now select the "Include time already accepted" check box.

Help Change:
Because of recent changes with the way Microsoft is handling help files, Protrax help files are now accessed locally on the workstation instead of on the network.
