New & Exciting Training Classes Now Available

Announcing Two New Training Sessions for Ajera/PORTFOLIO clients!

Axium is proud to announce two new sessions for our Ajera/PORTFOLIO training program. Starting July 15, 2008, will be "Calculating DPE and Overhead - How to and Why" will be added, followed by "Key Reports for Project Managers And Principals" starting July 29, 2008.

The DPE and Overhead training session will cover:

  • Factoring overhead and DPE into profit calculations in reports
  • Comparing overhead time with billable time and calculate utilization
  • Fixing errors related to overhead and utilization
  • Changing utilization types on the Employee Utilization report

The Key Reports training session will show how to customize the Ajera/PORTFOLIO Dashboard to present information that is the most meaningful and insightful for Project Managers and Principals.

Training sessions do rotate each week for two months and then repeat so they can easily fit into your schedule. The sessions vary in length from one to four hours and the fees range between $150.00 and $500.00 depending on the length of the session.
