Employee Spotlight

In an effort to encourage our clients and future clients to get to know our staff, we have decided to spotlight a different employee each quarter. We want to help you get to know us by highlighting some of the people you come in contact with and who make an impact here at Axium.

This month, we are spotlighting John Sharp, Axium Data Specialist Supervisor, from our Professional Services department. Working at Axium since 1996, John has spent 11 years in Axium’s R&D department until recently accepting the role as supervisor of the Data Services group under Professional Services. As part of R&D, John developed and maintained the report and inquiries for both the Protrax and Ajera products. John has played key roles in the database design for Ajera and was one of the key developers for Ajera’s Inqiury tool. John brings his database and reporting experience with him to Data Services and plans to offer clients more exciting data access offerings in the future. John holds a degree in Business Administration – Accounting from Gonzaga University.

On a more personal level, John is a husband and father of three, two girls Anna and Natalie ages 9 and 7 and a boy, Jack age 4. They keep him very busy with basketball, soccer and various other activities. His wife Carolyn and he are active in their neighborhood, church and school communities, which leaves little personal time. When they do find time to themselves, they enjoy hosting a monthly game night with their friends, which helps them relive their past by playing games from their youth.
