Over the past year, we have been talking about the big role each client plays in the success of Axium.
Our mission is to empower the success of our employees, our clients, the A/E/C industry and the community.
We want to thank each client who has volunteered to be involved in our referenceability project. This year, you
have given new hope to prospects and new users with positive comments about our products, our support for your
staff, implementation and conversion expectations and realizations by sharing your firm’s success. Most of all,
we are very happy you are a big part of Team Axium. From completing client profiles and client spotlights to
quotes and talking with prospects, we cannot do what we do without your involvement. Thank you very much.
This year at our User Conference in Portland, we recognized all clients in attendance who have accepted the opportunity
to speak on behalf of Axium to others. The display of client profiles, quotes and company information were placed all over
the conference, which enabled Axium to showcase each referenceable client in attendance. Many new clients were very
impressed by the care and concern Axium has for each client and our contact with that client. To see how this process has
evolved to include each of you has been very exciting.
From our first Focal Point article explaining what the term "Referenceability" means to this article, our referenceable
client percentage has been raised by 113% and it continues to grow. We really appreciate the little things such as quotes
regarding what helps make your firm grow towards success with Ajera or
PORTFOLIO, as well as the time taken with each prospect to explain why you
are a valued client using Axium’s products. Without each of you, Team Axium would not be as strong as we are. You are
certainly the 13th person on our team, and we want to be sure you are not the unsung hero.
Thanks for each phone call, quote, client profile and for each "Yes" when asked to be a reference for Axium. In times such as
these, it is so true that without each of you, we could not do what we do.
