Sometimes, words are just not enough. Sometimes, you’re just too busy to attend a class. Sometimes, you just need need to see how to do it at a moment’s notice.
To help you in those exact situations, we’ve developed a complete set of video demonstrations, which guide you through the tasks you perform in Ajera and PORTFOLIO.
From quick tours of major features to detailed step-by-step tutorials, these lessons are great for learning how to do something for the first time or when you need a quick refresher. Each lesson is short - typically around 4 minutes or less.
They’re always available and there’s no need to search for a CD.
Simply go to Axium Solution Center > Training Resources > Online e-learning lessons.
Get everyone at your firm connected!
It’s easy to give anyone at your firm access to the Axium Solution Center. Just follow these few simple steps:
- From the Axium Solution center, click Account Information at the top of the window.
- Click People in the panel on the left of the window.
- Click Add new person, and enter the information, being sure to enter a valid email address. Click the Update button.
The employees you add will have access to the Axium Solution Center on the next day.
- Send your employees the following instructions.
Login for the first time...
- From the Help menu in Ajera, click Axium Solution Center.
- Click the Client Login button at the upper right of the window.
- Click Request Password.
- Enter your client number and email address, and click the Request Password button.
In the next few minutes, Axium sends you a username and password.
- From the Axium Solution Center, click the Client Login button at the upper right of the window.
- Enter your username and password.
- Select the Remember me next time check box so you do not have to enter your username and password in the future.
- Click the Login button.
