Celebrating Success…
At Axium’s 2008 Holiday Party in December, top performing employees were recognized through the ACE
(Axium Certificate of Excellence) and Principal's awards. Everyone at Axium plays an important role to ensure our
Clients’ Success. These award recipients have gone above and beyond in their every day contributions with
internal and external clients to truly make Axium a great place to work and live our primary objective, to create
successful clients!
ACE Awards
Andrew Sam – although he has been with Axium less than 2 years, he’s made his mark through his participation
in important company initiatives. Andrew’s work as CSA (Client Success Advocate) has been critical in helping
our clients stay on track during implementations and ensuring that they receive the highest quality service.
Daniel Laun – with 5+ years at Axium Dan’s current role as Sales Manager has been paramount to our
recent success. He always enthusiastically takes on any challenge thrown his way and always has new and
innovative ideas that continuously help Axium grow and improve.
Kevin Milbert – a relative new comer to Axium, just over 1 ½ years, Kevin’s professional yet tenacious
sales performance has helped many A/E firms make the right choice by becoming an Axium client. His exceptional
work ethic and 'can do' attitude infects everyone he’s around.
Nancy Peterson – with 12 years at Axium, Nancy has played many roles and contributed in countless ways to
Axium’s success. Product quality is Nancy’s primary focus as part of the Quality Assurance (QA) team. Her industry and product knowledge are extensive and ensuring quality product releases that are paramount to our clients’ success.
Wale Sheiden - a Protrax support veteran with over 4 years at Axium, Wale consistently provides the
highest quality support to all our Protrax clients every day. He always steps in on short notice to fill any
support gap, promoting Client Success.
Principal’s Award
Keith Teach - has been with Axium over 10 years. His long-term commitment in a key role of managing the ever
growing IT needs of the organization has fueled our success. Keith also directly assists many of our clients
with complex IT technical problem resolution. He is constantly looking for new and better ways to ensure all
our systems are up and running 24/7/365, ensuring employees and clients have the tools needed. He’s always
willing to work any and all the different hours required to keep all our systems running at peak performance without
interruption to Axium staff or clients.
