Alan Mills, Chief Operating Officer
Alan Mills started at Axium in 1996. Currently Alan is the Chief Operating
Officer and a part-owner of Axium. Alan has spent 25 years in the architectural and engineering industry, providing financial management
consultation for many A/E firms around the country.
Prior to joining Axium he was responsible for the design and development of a number of industry
specific applications for the A/E industry. He has consulted with firms in
the implementation of their business management applications, assisting
them with development of system standards and processes. At Axium he is
responsible for the operations, product development and Software Support
departments.
Cathy Mills, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer
Cathy Mills started at Axium in 1997 as Vice President of Marketing
Communications and part-owner of Axium. In January 2004 she became the
Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. During her 20 years in the architectural
and engineering industry she has consulted with a variety of A/E firms in
their quest for financial management and marketing/business development/CRM
systems. She has consulted with firms in the implementation of their
marketing/business development applications, assisting them with
development of system standards and processes.
At Axium she is in charge of
the sales, marketing and product marketing departments. Prior to her
experience in the A/E industry, Cathy was a sales professional for Digital
Equipment Corporation. She is greatly involved in the local community, is a
member of Rotary and on the board of directors of AUA (Axium User's
Association).
Ilene Ingram, Vice President Research & Development
Ilene Ingram joined Axium in 1998. Currently Ilene is the Vice President of Research & Development and is a part-owner of Axium. During her 20+ years in the industry she has worked as a controller in an A/E firm and consulted with a variety of A/E firms in implementing financial and project management systems.
Prior to Axium, Ilene was the A/E division manager for Timberline Software. At Axium she is responsible for product research and development and led the development team for Axium's latest product releases, Ajera, PORTFOLIO and Business Development. Before entering the A/E industry Ilene was a controller and CFO for a variety of non-industry firms.
